Bolts and Beer!

Random beer technology sighting:

I went to the Chargers home opener this weekend, and it was a great game! It was super hot so I obviously kept cool with an OTT brew!! We couldn't bring beer inside, but I had a great time ordering beers because of how they "poured" them! It was ALMOST worth paying $9 a beer for!  The cups had a hole and a magnet on the bottom so you could fill it up from the bottom allowing the foam to pour out the top!  Then the magnet would seal it up.  Way to go BOLTS!!

This week at the brewery, we are getting ready for the San Diego Festival of Beer!  This Friday, September 21st On the Tracks Brewery will be representing and pouring Northumbrian Vanilla Brown for tons of beer lovers.  This is one of my favorite beers they serve!!

There will be many breweries pouring their beer, and some great food too!!  I went to the SD Beer Fest last year and had a blast!  It's located in Downtown San Diego so this is the perfect way to start your weekend!  Tickets are still on sale, but going fast!  Make sure to purchase your tickets online today! http://sdbeerfest.org/

We will be the girls in baby blue representing our favorite football team, The Chargers, and rocking our favorite brewery logo!  Here is a picture from last year's festival.

Extra HOPpenin' fact of the week:
                   Cenosilliacaphobia is the fear of an empty glass.  I may have caught this last year at the festival.  Good thing there is enough beer to go around for all you "cenosilliacs"!!
